Clearly, all the work done by citizens to #GOTVBlue is made much harder without inspiration from the top. We need top Dem leadership and candidates to use masterful PR/messaging/branding/communication/electioneering to energize voter enthusiasm and create a culture of voting.
Dems have a great platform but horrible marketing. For example, Dems have done great things in VA. Where is the celebration and amplification of achievements?
Democrats need catchy slogans and to Stoke voter enthusiasm.
That’s what the Rs did but used lies, fear and misinfo…but it worked. And McAuliffe campaign had no answer for it! Very frustrating.
All the postcards and door knocking in the world cannot overcome an executive candidate who does not inspire voters to vote.

Democrats have a great platform but terrible marketing. If Dems can find great candidates who stoke enthusiasm, with great PR/messaging/branding/communication/electioneering of the terrific Dem platform, we will win elections.
There HAS to be a way to make this happen.
